Oh boy, a lot to list here. Hard to write but I gotta share my experience so others can be warned. As others have mentioned, there was no one at the front desk to seat you. A grill cook happened to walk by five minutes later and took pity on us and seated us at a booth. Shortly afterward I saw that same grill cook arguing with a couple of the waitresses, presumably over where he chose to seat us. Not his job though! Where is, or do they even have, a hostess? Waitress told us right away they were out of coke and Dr. Pepper. I remember when they used to have like 20+ different varieties, unsure what happened. I miss Orange Hi-C with my stirfry. They lost their liquor license, so no alcoholic beverages either. Buffet area was pretty dirty: meat chunks in the veggie trays and vice versa, but can see it happening with people going back and forth with those plastic tongs. Multiple trays were almost empty or totally empty. The guy who's replaces them does them one at a time instead of using a cart for multiple replacements. Same complaint applies with the sauce station as well: they were out of, or low on a few of them. The grill cooks were focused on cooking multiple orders, and the

We went for a dinner date. When we showed up, they were not busy at all and we were seated right away. They were super nice and helpful about the menu as it was my first time here. They were very accommodating. The food came out quick and was SO good! Portion sizes are large. The egg rolls were the best I've ever had and the famous fried rice was so yummy!! We went back a second time a few days later.

Food was okay honestly. I had higher expectations, and was not impressed with their service. The buffet area was not very clean and they were not doing a good job keeping the food bins full. We ordered a sampler appetizer and it was not good. Crab ragoons had little to no filling. Definitely will be trying a different location. Loved the concept of creating your own dish, just was not an appetizing atmosphere. Restaurant needs a remodel and looks run down, surprised there still in business...

The best fixins on the bar of any that I have seen. Everything is so fresh. The staff is super nice. Shout out to Chandler for being a good sport! We had so much fun watching people create their bowls and how high they were stacking them! So much fun.

So first off this was gonna be a 3 star review but will the manager took care of me and my ma and mad our experience alot better. It was mostly out service from our waitress that made the experience bad. For example she came to our table 2 times in like 40 min and I had to go up to the bar for my own shot I ordered that was sitting there. The bartender Cheyenne was amazing she was very nice and attentive. The bar was plenty stocked with food and the cooks were nice and seemed efficient. I recommend the all you can eat bowls just don't fill up on soup and salad. My ma had the beer cheese soup with she said was amazing. Will the manager was very nice and understanding and made eye contact and made sher you were happy. I don't really know if I'd recommend this place but you can give it a try if you like. I don't know if will be back to this one but possibly another some where else
